Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sonix by MakeLabs (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sonix. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sonix to:

• Generate audio that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or illegal
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Generate spam or unsolicited communications at scale
• Circumvent usage limits through automated means

4. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly character allowance that resets on the 1st of each month. Exceeding your limit will prevent further generation until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.

5. Intellectual Property

Audio generated by Sonix using your text input is yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of the text you submit. MakeLabs retains ownership of the Sonix platform, voices, and underlying technology.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MakeLabs does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated audio will meet any specific quality standard.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
